Day-of Coordination: This package is for couples who have done all the planning themselves but want a professional to take over on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We handle the logistics, manage vendors, and troubleshoot any issues so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

How far in advance should we book your services?

I recommend booking as soon as you have a date and a venue in mind, ideally 12-18 months before your wedding. This allows me to secure your preferred vendors and ensure ample time for a smooth and enjoyable planning process. If you are looking into an elopement or a smaller scale wedding, we can also work with a shorter time frame from 6 months with the understanding that it is possible not all vendors on the top of your list will be available.

For day-of-coordination I suggest you reach out to me as soon as possible to check my availability for your wedding date. I am also happy to discuss last-minute day-of-coordination if my schedule allows. As the big day approaches, I know that the list of things to achieve can start to feel a little daunting.
